To track your orders, first you would need to create an account. In your profile page there click on the orders tab, and you will have to select the order# relevant to the order you are interested tracking. There it will show you the current order status of received, preparing, delivering and delivered.
To sell to us and understand what is required of you, please visit the Sell to Us page and it will direct you of what is required.
For products that haven’t been released yet, you can place a pre-order. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. Release dates may change based on manufacturer schedules. If canceled preorders incur a 10% penalty charge.
Orders out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
Sealed products are final sale and cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
